Phyllis Misner started from humble beginnings and discovered the real estate industry at the young age of 20. Her career started in sunny Sarasota, Florida. While at her first firm, she was exposed to "bulk transactions" during one of the best investment eras of the region. This exposure allowed her to go from knowing nothing about real estate, to leading a national team, to becoming co-owner of the same firm. 

Since her fast-track start in 2012, Phyllis has been a part of over a thousand transactions. The real estate industry changed her life in such a positive manner, she decided she wanted to give back and help others discover the same by opening her own firm.
